  • Email Cleanup: Maintaining a healthy email list by removing inactive subscribers and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Making sure your emails adhere to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations, plus providing detailed performance reports.

04 Can you work on a performance basis?

Absolutely, I can work on a performance basis! Here’s how it works:

 

My standard approach involves a monthly retainer fee of $2000, which covers a comprehensive range of email marketing services aimed at improving your overall performance. This includes everything from content planning and campaign strategies to automation and reporting. However, if you have specific revenue goals in mind, I can tailor my services to help you achieve them, and we can set up a performance-based agreement.

 

If you choose to stick with the monthly retainer, I can also add a performance component. For instance, if you set a monthly revenue goal, I’ll work to help you achieve it, and I’ll take a 10% commission from the revenue generated as a result of my email marketing efforts. This way, we both have skin in the game, and I’m incentivised to help you reach those targets.

 

Alternatively, if you prefer a purely performance-based model, that’s also an option. In this case, you’d pay a one-time setup fee of $5000 to get everything in place – from designing templates to setting up automations and segmentations. After that, I’ll take a 20-30% commission on the revenue generated through the email campaigns I manage. This setup ensures that my earnings are directly tied to the success of the campaigns, aligning our goals perfectly.
