Creative Designer

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Creative Designer with a digital-first mindset, someone who can bring static and motion graphics to life across social, email, and web platforms.

In this role, you’ll design and produce engaging assets for multiple brands, ensuring everything feels cohesive, on-brand, and conversion-friendly. You’ll work on everything from social animations and GIFs to email headers and short-form video content. Your work will support ongoing campaigns, launches, and day-to-day creative needs across channels.

This is a remote position, and you’ll collaborate closely with strategy, content, and marketing teams across EU and US time zones.

What You’ll Do

  • Design static and motion-based assets for social media, email, websites, and digital campaigns
  • Produce original creative like GIFs, short videos, story frames, and graphic templates
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop creative concepts
  • Adapt creative across different formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, web)
  • Stay current on digital and social media design trends
  • Organise and maintain creative templates, design systems, and asset libraries
  • Contribute to brainstorms, pitches, and creative planning for campaigns and projects
  • Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all deliverables

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital design (agency or in-house environment preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
  • Motion design skills for GIFs, reels, or lightweight animations
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and digital best practices
  • Knowledge of social media formats and how to design with engagement in mind
  • A sharp eye for detail and design consistency
  • Comfortable working across EU and US time zones
  • Bonus: video editing or light animation skills using After Effects or similar tools
