Email Marketing Specialist

Position Summary

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who knows how to build emails that people actually want to open and click.

In this role, you’ll own the planning, execution, and optimisation of email campaigns for a B2B client. From segmentation and A/B testing to crafting dynamic flows in Klaviyo and integrating with Shopify, you’ll play a critical role in driving retention, engagement, and conversions.

You’ll collaborate with design, strategy, and dev teams to deliver emails that are not only on-brand, but also high-performing and legally compliant. This is a fully remote role, with flexibility to work across EU and US time zones.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, launch, and manage email campaigns using Klaviyo (flows, segments, automations, etc.)
  • Handle 5–8 client accounts and deliver tailored strategies based on each brand’s goals and audiences
  • Write or edit content and collaborate with designers to ensure emails follow branding and tone guidelines
  • Create and manage audience lists, segments, and subscriber growth strategies
  • Use Shopify data to trigger personalised automations and dynamic email content
  • Run A/B tests to optimise email design, layout, timing, copy, and subject lines
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and suggest improvements
  • Ensure compliance with global email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Stay on top of email marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools or technologies

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing (ecommerce experience is a big plus)
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo and Shopify integrations
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and customer journeys
  • Familiarity with email analytics and A/B testing best practices
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (you don’t need to code from scratch, but you can tweak when needed)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working across EU and US time zone overlaps
