Senior QA Analyst

Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Senior QA Analyst who takes pride in catching the bugs before users do.

In this role, you’ll serve as the final checkpoint before digital work goes live, ensuring every website, campaign page, and asset meets high standards of functionality, accuracy, and performance. From browser testing and link audits to flagging grammar inconsistencies and tracking bugs, you’ll play a critical part in keeping quality tight.

This is a hybrid role that balances hands-on testing with clear, collaborative communication between developers, designers, and stakeholders.

The team spans EU and US time zones, so working within these overlaps is key.

What You’ll Do

  • Test websites across browsers, devices, and screen sizes for responsiveness, performance, and usability
  • Audit visual, content, and functional elements for consistency and alignment with project specs
  • Review copy, visuals, and interactive elements for grammar, branding, and UX issues
  • Monitor page load speed and flag potential bottlenecks or errors
  • Report bugs clearly and track them through resolution
  • Create and maintain QA documentation, including test cases, checklists, and best practices
  • Collaborate with dev and design teams to ensure fixes are implemented accurately
  • Follow accessibility guidelines (e.g. WCAG/ADA) during testing
  • Support pre-launch QA on websites, campaigns, and interactive media
  • Help improve internal QA tools, standards, and workflows

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably with a digital or web-based focus
  • Strong understanding of website QA processes, testing tools, and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g. PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, Lighthouse)
  • Excellent attention to detail when reviewing visual, functional, and written content
  • Solid communication skills, you can describe bugs clearly and constructively
  • Experience working with bug tracking tools like Jira, Asana, or similar
  • Ability to work independently, manage your QA checklists, and meet deadlines
  • Bonus: experience with accessibility audits and campaign-level QA across media channels

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who thrives on process, accuracy, and being the last line of defense before launch
  • A clear communicator who can collaborate across time zones and functions
  • A critical thinker who can spot inconsistencies others miss
  • Someone who’s as comfortable testing links and buttons as they are reviewing headlines and CTAs
  • Flexibility to work within EU and US time zone overlaps

Perks & Work Setup

  • Full-time remote position with flexibility around working hours
  • Long-term collaboration with a growing, fast-paced team
  • Clear responsibilities and autonomy over QA strategy and execution
  • Opportunities to improve internal processes and influence how quality is measured
  • Collaborative and respectful team environment
